Information for diabetic patients

As all other blood glucose measurement instruments, you can obtain GlucoSmart® in your pharmacy or direct mail selling. If you received a diabetes diagnoses for the first time, your doctor or diabetes assistant will consult you in it's use. If your doctor or diabetes assistant does not know GlucoSmart® and you would like to use one of our blood glucose measurement systems, please inform him about us or inform us about your interest and provide us the address of your doctor.

The following mail selling organizations have GlucoSmart® on stock and can deliver to you in short time:

If GlucoSmart® should not be stocked at your preferred source of supply, we will deliver also direct, or take care, that your supply is secured in future. In such a case, please contact us. We will support you.

Information for pharmacies / medical supply stores

Following gross sellers supply GlucoSmart®. If you should be associated with another gross seller, you can order via him or order contact us directly. We will satisfy your need at short notice. Our supreme goal is to ensure a near term supply of the patient.

Request / Order

You can contact or order by phone, fax oder e-mail or internet. To order via Fax or Internet, you need a customer number. With this customer number, you receive also the price information about the forecasted order volume. Please request this information by Fax, Webmail or via vertrieb@glucosmart.com.

Supply conditions

At a purchase price of total 100 Euro, you receive the delivery free home within Germany. Below 100 Euro, we charge 4,50 Euro shipping charges. For shippings with destination outside Germany, the purchaser will be charged with the shipping charges. The payment inside Germany proceeds by invoice. In case of purchases outside Germany if not agreed otherwise by payment in advance.
